Thank you for joining us for the 2022 CHW Employer Forum.

This year the we partnered with CHW organizations and allies across the state to offer a statewide CHW Employer Forum to current and potential CHW employers, supervisors, and program managers with a focus on supporting successful collaborations with CHWs. 

The purpose of the Employer Forum was to advocate for the comprehensive inclusion of CHWs into organizational teams.
